What is the minimum engagement?

There is no minimum. Start with a 1-week paid trial. After that, engage weekly, monthly or on a rolling basis — whatever works for your project.

What seniority levels are available?

Senior level only (5+ years production experience). We do not place junior or mid-level developers. Every developer has shipped real products with the relevant tech stack.

Can I hire for a specific project instead of ongoing?

Yes. We offer both project-based (fixed price) and team augmentation (hourly). For a self-contained project, we provide a fixed quote and assign a dedicated developer.

Are the developers based in Switzerland?

Our project manager is Switzerland-based. Developers are EU-based — primarily Switzerland and Portugal — all within the CET timezone for real-time collaboration.

What happens if a developer isn't the right fit?

We replace them within 48 hours at no extra cost during the trial period. After the trial, we discuss a replacement or refund for the affected period.

Code reviews, daily standups (if needed), CI/CD pipelines and Swiss PM oversight on every engagement. We run a technical review at the start to agree on coding standards.

Do I need to provide tools and licenses?
